Helen Taylor, 24, is a journalist, writer and photographer, who has written for publications including Geographical magazine, Oceanographic magazine, Sidetracked magazine, Adventure Travel and Adventure Bike Rider magazine, Adventure Uncovered, Gather Outdoors and Time & Leisure magazine.
In September 2016, Helen returned from a year spent working and travelling in British Columbia, Canada. She travelled the remote western coast of BC, exploring the Queen Charlotte and Gulf Islands, whilst living out of an 89' Volvo Wagon (pictured).
When Helen is at home in London she enjoys paddling on the River Thames, where she trains to compete in kayak racing events. In April 2015 she completed the Devizes to Westminster International Canoe Race, paddling non-stop through the night covering 125-miles, and placed 11 out of 470 boats.
